1. Services

Tattoo and Piercing Services

• All services are provided by trained, professional artists following the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

• Clients must be 18 years or older for tattoos and most piercings. A valid government-issued photo ID is required.

• Minors seeking certain piercings may be accommodated with a parent or legal guardian present and proper consent documentation.

2. Appointments & Deposits

• Appointments may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the final cost of your service.

• Deposits are forfeited in the case of no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.

• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit.

3. Payments

• We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

• Final payment is due immediately upon completion of services.

• Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect the procedure.

• Stainless Studios reserves the right to refuse service if an artist deems it unsafe or inappropriate for the client.

• Proper aftercare instructions will be provided. Stainless Studios is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

5. Refunds & Touch-Ups

• All tattoo and piercing sales are final. We do not offer refunds once services are rendered.

• Touch-ups for tattoos may be offered at the artist’s discretion and must be scheduled within a specific time frame after the original appointment.

6. Intellectual Property

• All artwork created by Stainless Studios artists remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Reproduction or use of the studio’s artwork for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

7. Website Use

• Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.

• Unauthorized use of our website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Stainless Studios and its employees are not liable for any injuries, infections, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction resulting from tattoos or piercings.

• By receiving services, clients acknowledge the risks involved and agree to proceed at their own discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take immediate effect upon publication.
